Returns

• If you need to return your Kate & Charlie purchase, you may exchange within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn with all labels/packaging still intact.

•  Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping charges for all returns.

• Returns must be sent by registered post & in a weather safe bag. Kate & Charlie accepts no responsibility for lost / stolen / misplaced returns.

• Please note if returning any item, a website commission of 2% will be deducted from your refund.

• There is a no return / refund policy on Sale items, Communion & Christening Wear, Hair Accessories, Shoes, Socks, Tights or Soft Toys
